Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses, Jet Cut Offs (similar here), Victoria's Secret black bra, Stylestalker Mulholland Shirt, Converse All Star sneakers
Finally, the debut of my (and your) Stylestalker piece. Remember in July when I asked your opinion on which piece to choose
here?
Thank you!! To be honest, it was a very hard choice, as I wanted the entire lot. Stylestalker knows what I like. These Australian designers have a knack for cool with edge and just enough effortless thrown in. I wanted to wear pants with this blouse at first. Though, it was quickly nearing 100 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors, I opted for cut offs and
Ray Ban Wayfarers instead.
P.S. Thanks for your feedback on my question about Bringing Back Bangs. I haven't gotten them yet. I don't have another appointment scheduled with my Hair Stylist at the Salon until October, so I have plenty of time to mull things over. :)
With rumors swirling around the internet about another Sex and The City series (be it film or television series) one can't help but feel the fashionable excitement in the air. Some rumors swear that Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattral and Kristin Davis plan to reprise their roles on television. Other rumors state plans for a prequel of sorts to hit theatres. That's when the question hit me. Who would I want to see in the infamous four's shoes?
I chose: quirky Sarah Roemer as Carrie Bradshaw. Pretty redhead Amy Adams as Miranda Hobbes. The elusively shy and demure Alexis Bledel as Charlotte York and the bubbly southern belle, Annalynne McCord as Samantha Jones. What do you think about my choices?? Who would you choose to play a younger version of these four??
P.S. What do you think about Marc Jacobs moving to Dior!?
Thierry Mugler vintage pencil skirt, American Apparel Raglan, Vintage navy blazer
Similar style: Yellow Pencil Skirt from Tibi, and a Neon Yellow Panel Skirt from Narciso Rodriguez, Similar Style: Navy blazer from Elizabeth and James
I had a blast from the past trying on vintage pieces at
Adore Boutique for my next photo shoot. I'm actually collaborating with the local magazine on a few articles that integrate my photo shoots. More to come on that soon. What do you think of this bright yellow pencil skirt? I think it's the cat's pajamas. I was able to spot it amid a rack of vintage garments
because of its vibrant hue. It's a genuine Thierry Mugler from Paris in the eighties. The blazer, also from the eighties, came home with me too.
I can't wait to share the final photo shoot with you guys... soon!
Happy Sunday! ♥

When I was a little girl, I had bangs. I didn't even think about growing them out until the middle of Junior High. Now, I'm toying with the idea of bringing bangs back. I'm kind of scared for the change. So maybe I can play with attachable bangs first? If there is such a thing? Do you like the idea of me in bangs?
P.S. Hurricane Irene is bringing us lots of rain and wind. But nothing severe. I'll have to wait out the storm for outfit pics.. soon! :)
Wildfox Couture 67 Was Heaven Raglan (also in RED),
Tie Dye Denim Cut Offs (Similar Style here from Siwy),
Chuck Taylor Converse in Black
Do you ever have those rainy afternoons, when you're bored at home? I tend to play dress up on those days. Since no one was around, I had to rely on my timer for this shoot. Don't you just love this t-shirt? 67 was Heaven! Of course, I wasn't born anywhere near 1967. Although, sometimes, I feel like I was around then. Maybe a past life? I'm always gravitating towards the music, clothing and lifestyle of the Sixties. An Era when Poodle skirts, The Twist and The Beatles reigned supreme!
Have a great Weekend!! :)

I finally got the new baby of the family to settle down. Max, the little black kitten, is fitting in nicely with
Scout and
Sweety. I had to work yesterday, for most of the afternoon. Then I visited my parents' place to play with Max. My Mom helped me wrangle him up for some photos. Then Max and I snuggled up to watch
That 70's Show.
How was your weekend?
