Why not kick off the start to the weekend with a list of currents? You all seemed to like it the last time I did it. And I have fun making them. So... my current 5 are as follows:
- I wish that Unicorns were real.
- I used to collect stickers as a kid. I had the collector's books where you could organize all of them inside. I would even have parties to trade with my friends. It was incredibly fun. To this day, I still have a fondness for Lisa Frank stickers.
- Another secret single behavior of mine (that helps keep me sane after a long day or hectic week) is eating a huuuuge homemade salad for lunch, while watching either Gossip girl or 90210 on iTunes.
- I collect My Little Pony stuff. I love my little girls.
- I've always wanted to decorate my room in an earthy, natural yet moody tone, a la Erin Wasson. Maybe 2009 will be a great year for doing just that!

i love salads but i don't have the supplies to make them because my brother always eats anything and everything i want to put into a salad except tomatoes.
Yay for salads lol, I always make a good salad when I'm writing essays, it's like brain and body food :) And I used to collect stickers too, from cereal boxes, shops or wherever, I have books and books full of them :)
i love reading this....i sooo loved stickers too...i had many books with them..kept them for yrs...oh my little pony..definately!

Ahh but you get to live your own life! There are so many things that aren't good about high school, and loads of stuff you can't avoid no matter how old you are.
Also I completely agree with you about the unicorns point! When I was younger I used to point blank refuse to believe people who told me they weren't real, or at least I refused to admit to believing them. I was so cool...

well... on a related note, today in art history my teacher was telling a story he heard on the radio: NPR was doing a program where people tell they're most embarrassing stories. this girl who called in and told a story about how once she was at a college party and hanging around and everyone was being very intellectual, all listing their concerns and favorite causes. hoping to join the conversation this girl says, "you know, you never see unicorns anymore, its really a shame." everyone around her pauses. "what do you mean, unicorns are fictional creatures." "no, no," this girl says, "they're extinct"
i guess eventually she realized that unicorns aren't real :/

I have a bookshelf, one side of it is covered with stickers. Whenever I got some, I put them on my bookshelf. I still have it but it's now in my parents basement.

I love horses and used to ride a lot. Today I often paint horses. Unicorns are kinda like fantasy horses, so I agree with that one.;))

I feel you on the unicorns, so romantic! I was obsessed with them as a kid, and My Little Pony too :) So pretty and girly, how could you not love them?!
I do the big salad and guilty pleasure girly tv thing too (Sex & The City, 90210, Gossip Girl, The Hills etc) except I do it on nights when my guys out and I have the place all to me :)
