I own Napoleon Dynamite´s movie and cracks me up everytime, I think it is hilarious, but when I went to Mexico and showed it to my friends, they just thought I was weird, they didnt get the sense of humor I guess....what the hell! That movie is awesome, tho I must admit It might be a bit freaky how I know must of the quotes there :P

Lovely lady,

YOU are brilliant! I just have to take some time to praise you because many times I've thought about what a wonderful person you are. You have this amazing drive where you manage to give so much of yourself. You give all of your readers one excellent outfit after the other, and you also take the time to answer every single comment (and you get a lot of comments!) So many bloggers don't take the time to appreciate their readers, and they have so much to learn from you. You're truly an incredible and inspiring woman, Erika <3

And yesss, I'd LOVE to spend a day like that with you! Hopefully one day it can happen, that would be so amazing :) And it's so fun that we have so many things in common!

Yes, fill me in when you've seen the movie..can't wait to hear your thoughts on it :D

Phew, long comment :P Hope you're having a great weekend with your loved ones! Talk to you soon, beautiful xoxo

I'll make sure I see Wall-E soon, I wanted to see it at the cinema, but I was out voted by my friends who wanted to see some chic flick thing.I also love Napoleon Dynamite. The fact it is so simplistic makes it so amzazing. I think if you don't get that though you miss the point of the entire film basically.

Bella said...

I adore all the little tidbits into the world of Erika nd her Fashion Chalet!! And let's be honest, those boots... you know they are badass baby!

Susanna-Cole said...

Beautiful outfit, love how it's all casual and cozy on top, and then gets rough and tough on the bottom with those fabulous boots!

And oh "Napoleon Dynamite", the DVD is sitting right next to be on my computer actually, the funny thing about that movie is the more times you see it, the funnier it gets! :D

Aw sounds like lovely Thanksgiving plans you have, hope you're Thanksgiving day is going well today! Me? Hm, well I'm actually a bit under the weather and so is my sister, so we've been left at home while the rest of my family travels to my grandfathers in VA for Thanksgiving there. I'm hoping we can have pizza tonight, to be honest, I don't really like Thanskgiving food, well except for those sweet potatoes with melted marshmellows on top that my mom makes! :D

Anyway, better go and continue on with my comment replying spree! ;) Happy thanksgiving dear!

xoxo,
S-C

I love the streamlined-ness of the outfit offset by the bits poking off the boots. Lovely silhouette! And such basic colors, yet so eye-catching at the same time. And you still manage to be feminine in military boots! I love it!

Am I dreaming! I'm in dire need of boots like that. I was searching through so older fashion show pics and my style is currently a bit like John Galliano Fall 2006. The tough edgy still. I love the black legs. The green sweater dress is so causal chic - a muct!!With the nude/shiny lips, I can't help but notice how stunning you are....<3

Thanks for the wonderful comment (as usual). I seriously love that Balmin dress on SJP!!Then how could we go wrong with Balenciaga...

P.S. I'm going to post the...you know on saturday. I was thinking today, but since it's thanksgiving I didn't want it to get over looked. Then, tommorrow it's sales galore so also going to be over looked.

Did you never see Ugly Betty?
Ours, is a fantastic series, that also speaks fashion, or better, of a magazine of called fashion "MODE." You wrap up so much with Betty's history that you laugh and until cries.
If wants to attend it is only to do the download in my blog, it is in English, only the legend is in Portuguese.
